Scott is a member of Millikan & Millikan, LLC. After completing his undergraduate studies with a bachelor's degree in business management, Scott earned his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University Law School.
Prior to beginning his legal career, Scott served as a St. Louis City police officer where he patrolled the City's seventh district.
After law school, Scott worked in private practice prior to becoming an assistant prosecuting attorney in St. Louis County, Missouri. While with the prosecutor's office, Scott handled an extensive docket of felony and misdemeanor criminal cases, including DWI offenses.
